Emotions that speaks louder than words can only tell a story to those who think within.

There are times where words are not the only things that describes a moment of time. Dealing with uncontrollable emotions truly make the body think on top of its toes. There are many emotions running through a human’s brain but there is such a small percentage of those emotions actually being acknowledge. We are told to breathe and express ourselves and never to hold in. But there comes a time when the phone calls stop happening and the visit end. At this point, it just you and the person you see in the mirror. Life can be defined in several different ways but what about the word death. Death is clear as the dark sky but the crazy part is that there is always life somewhere in the dark sky. Take one night out of the week and stand out and look up. Intake everything that the eye is catching and acknowledge the different sounds and smells that surround the senses. Not everyone has the ability to accept death but many people are not able to experience or give themselves a chance to move on from it.  There comes a point in time where the soul can feel so empty. The feeling of not being able to physically see that person that or even hear their voice can truly take a toll on someone life. Recently discovering that death comes and goes but it only depends on the person and how they recover from dealing with death. But there is a time when the soul goes to the level of its time and being a true believer helps answer those question that may run through the mind of someone that may have lost someone. There are ways to fill up that part of the heart feels weak. By listening to music it comes a time where the mind will go into another mindset that can change darkness into light. Let the music drive and take the mind and soul into another roam and allow it make those internal changes. The timing of recovering from losing someone, does not have a time line. So take each day and each weave of emotions and learn from them because there is no promise that things will be normal and thing will not be same. There will be a time where those questions that run through the mind during this dark time will be answered.
